Job Summary

We’re looking for a freelance weekend studio assistant to support our team on a per-project, on-call basis. This is a supplementary role, providing backup coverage when our weekday studio assistant is unavailable. Perfect for someone looking to pick up occasional weekend work in a creative, fast-paced studio setting.

Responsibilities

• Support weekend photo and video shoots at our NYC studio

• Set up lighting, grip, and equipment

• Assist crew and clients during production days

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

• Help with merchandise handling and returns if needed

Qualifications

• Experience assisting on set or in a photo studio environment

• Comfortable lifting, organizing, and setting up gear

• Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills

• Available on weekends with short notice

• NYC-based or within easy commuting distance

Compensation

Rate is commensurate with experience.
