Position Summary:
Join our team as a Weekend Unarmed Security Officer at a critical infrastructure site in the Lakewood area. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining safety and security protocols while ensuring a professional and customer-focused presence. This position is ideal for someone reliable, alert, and committed to upholding high safety standards.

Saturday & Sunday
8-Hour Shifts (Morning & Swing)
Compensation:
$21.50 per hour
$50 referral bonus for every successful hire you refer!

Key Responsibilities
- Security Presence: Serve as a visible deterrent and first line of defense.
- Hazard Awareness: Identify and mitigate safety risks proactively.
- Access Control: Monitor and regulate entry to restricted areas.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist staff, visitors, and vendors with professionalism.
- Incident Response: React promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity.
- Reporting: Accurately document incidents and daily activity in written reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with site leadership and local law enforcement as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Age: Must be 21 years or older.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Denver Merchant Guard Card.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Screening: Must pass a pre-employment urinalysis and DOT physical.
- Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Technology: Must own a smartphone and have access to email; able to use basic tech tools for reporting.
- Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written); Spanish is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, jog, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varied weather conditions.
$21.50 - $21.50 an hour
