About You:

We're looking for skilled and dedicated Welders to join our team. If you have a passion for welding and are ready to contribute to our mission of excellence, this role is for you. As a Welder, you'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. This role requires consistent, high-quality welds and attention to detail.

About the Job:

As a Welder, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ability to produce consistently thin, clean weld beads is required — many of our hose assemblies demand precision work not typical in standard welding roles.


• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.


• Preparing and setting up welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding method and materials.


• Proven experience with TIG welding, especially with thin-gauge materials.


• Welding components in various positions (e.g., flat, vertical) using different welding processes.


• Conducting visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.


• Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.


• Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and production goals.


• Utilize your welding expertise to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to produce consistently thin, clean weld beads is required.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds that are very thin.


• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.


• Familiarity with welding equipment and tools.


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.

• 5+ years of welding experience.


• Demonstrated experience with stainless tubing welding, sanitary welding, or purge welding.

Salary:

• $27 - $32 Hourly
