What You'll Do As a Welder:

• Weld & fit stainless steel components using MIG and/or TIG Techniques
• Follow blueprints, shop drawings, and specs for each product line
• Grind, finish, and inspect welds to ensure durability and clean appearance
• Collaborate with the team to reduce production times and eliminate defective products.
• Uphold Quality Standards and check your work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Follow safety guidelines and stay alert to your processes and surroundings.

Our Ideal Welder:

• Experienced: Has at least 1 year of welding experience or a trade school—preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn & grow.
• Self-Motivated: Stays focused and productive throughout the day without constant direction or supervision.
• Hardworking: Brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in completing tasks with accuracy, quality, and care.
• Humble, Hungry, and Smart: Works well with others, shows eagerness to learn, and uses common sense to navigate team dynamics.
• Genuine & Honest: Shows integrity, communicates openly, and contributes to a respectful, trustworthy work environment.
• Communicative: Shares ideas, asks good questions, and helps keep the team informed and aligned.
• Active: Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance.

• $26-$30/hour – depending on experience
