Welder

IDEC Elevator Products  is seeking an experienced Welder, located at our Riviera Beach, FL facility.
Majority of our welding process is flux-cored, dual shielded, with some MIG welding. The candidate must show ability to pass DEM Flux-cored assessment, administered within the first month of employment. 

Duties include:  Set up and operate common fabrication equipment such as Welders, Shear, Saws, Grinders, etc to weld components made of Steel.   Work from sketches, blueprints, or verbal instructions, independently & as a team member

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize work


• Must be able to understand a tape measure and basic math fractions


• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• High School Diploma / GED – welding certification are an added plus


• Dependability is a must
