Welder

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are hiring Welders in Cincinnati, Ohio. These are full-time roles, including direct hire, short-term, and long-term contract opportunities with employers who value reliability, technical expertise, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine specifications.

• Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welders.

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to project requirements.

• Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) on a range of materials.

• Inspect welded joints and structures for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Document work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

• Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.

• Valid welding certifications (e.g., AWS) are a plus.
