STAR is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WELDER to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and be able to read blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality welds. This role is essential to our manufacturing and fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using TIG techniques.


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  


• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
  


• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  


• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  


• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  


• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  


• Strong attention to detail and quality.
