Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team in Sand Springs. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints in the building of heating and cooling towers. As a Welder, you will be expected to perform high-quality work while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal structures and components per blueprints and specifications
• Perform 3G Stick and MIG/Flux Core welding tests as required
• Ensure welds meet safety, quality, and durability standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder or recent graduate from welding school
• Proficiency in 3G Stick, MIG, and Flux Core welding techniques
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Solid understanding of welding procedures and best practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing high-quality work
