Job Description - Welder

We are seeking a Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

â Welding:

â Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding

â Ensure weld quality meets industry standards and company specifications

â Maintain welding equipment and supplies

â Fabrication:

â Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

â Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery

â Fit and align components to ensure proper fit and function

â Grind and finish welds to meet required tolerances

â Quality Control:

â Inspect fabricated products for defects and conformance to specifications

â Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality

â Safety:

â Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

â Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

â Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

â High school diploma or equivalent

â Valid welding certifications (e.g., AWS, CWB)

â Proven experience in welding and fabrication

â Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment

â Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

â Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills

â Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions

â Ability to work independently and as part of a team

â Valid driver's license (preferred)

Working Conditions:

â Position -Full -Time

â Hours of Work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Working hours may vary depending on assignment schedules and business needs.

â Work environment - Industrial Office Setting and team oriented.
