Employee-Owned Company | Quarterly Skill-Based Wage Growth | Custom Fabrication

Location: Berea, OH

Build Something Different. Grow Your Skills. Increase Your Earning Potential.

At Alloy Engineering, we don't do repetitive production welding. We design and manufacture custom-engineered products for demanding industrial applications using stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other specialty metals.

Every project brings new challenges, different fabrication requirements, and opportunities to expand your welding skills. If you're an experienced welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be recognized and rewarded for developing your skills, we'd like to meet you.

Why Join Alloy Engineering?

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus – An opportunity to earn additional compensation when you join our team.
  • Full Benefits-medical, dental, vision and 401K match
  • Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) – Share in the company's success through a company-funded retirement benefit and quarterly bonuses
  • Quarterly Skill-Based Wage Growth – Eligible for quarterly skill evaluations and wage increases based on demonstrated skill development and performance.
  • Custom Fabrication – Work on a variety of custom-engineered products rather than repetitive production welding.
  • Continued Skill Development – Expand your welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and specialty metalworking abilities.

Grow Your Pay Through Skill Development

At Alloy Engineering, we believe your skills should be reflected in your compensation.

Unlike companies that rely solely on annual performance reviews for wage increases, we offer a structured skill-based progression program. Employees are eligible for quarterly skill evaluations and opportunities for wage increases based on demonstrated growth, certifications, quality of work, versatility, and mastery of additional welding and fabrication skills.

As you develop your capabilities and take on more advanced work, your earning potential can grow with you.

Weld & Math Assessment Required

All candidates must complete an onsite practical MIG/TIG welding test and written math assessment as part of the interview process. Hourly compensation is determined following completion of both assessments and is based on the candidate's demonstrated experience, technical abilities, and overall skill level.

Become an Employee Owner

At Alloy Engineering, you're more than an employee – you're an owner!

As a 100% employee-owned company, we offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing eligible employees to share in the company's success through a company-funded retirement benefit.

Your contributions help build the company, and as an employee owner, you have an opportunity to benefit from its long-term growth.
