At Boxman Studios, were redefining modular construction by combining innovative design with expert craftsmanship. We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to support the production of our one-of-a-kind modular structures. If you're confident in MIG welding, can read shop drawings, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components with precision and consistency

• Read and interpret shop drawings, weld symbols, and technical specs to ensure quality and accuracy

• Work closely with the Lead Welder/Fabricator to follow daily assignments and production priorities

• Use fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, shears, drills, and press brakes safely and effectively

• Inspect your own work for proper welds and fit up before passing to the next stage

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Assist with staging materials and supporting team members as needed

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team leads and fellow crew members

What You Bring

• 2-3+ years of experience in welding and fabrication (steel and aluminum preferred)

• Strong MIG welding skills; TIG and Stick are a plus

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

• Comfortable using common fabrication tools and shop equipment

• A proactive, team-first mindset and strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in active physical positions (crouching, overhead, etc.)

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)

• High school diploma or equivalent
