What You Get to Do

• Conduct basic MIG and stick welds in flat and horizontal positions while being supervised.


• Assist with the setup and operation of welding machines, tools, and fixtures.


• Assist with layout, fit-up, and tack welding by referencing basic shop drawings and weld symbols.


• Help with pipe/tube prep and alignment; observe stainless steel welding procedures.


• Participate in visual weld inspections and learn to identify common defects.


• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, following OSHA and 5S standards.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.


• Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.


• Basic knowledge of welding tools, procedures, and safety practices.


• Proven skill in welding in flat and horizontal positions.


• Capability to comprehend and adhere to basic shop schematics.


• Eagerness to learn and grow in advanced welding and fabrication techniques.
