Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working in our shop to fabricate aluminum and steel components for our glass flooring systems. No prior welding experience required – we’ll train the right person who’s ready to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in welding and fabrication of aluminum and steel frames.
- Use basic shop tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work with our experienced fabricators to learn the trade.

- Eagerness to learn welding and fabrication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with hand tools a plus).
