Welder/Fabricator

A&A Safety, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team as a Welder Fabricator.

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings and specifications


• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points for guides


• Use precision measuring instruments


• Operate hand tools and other shop equipment such as grinders, positioners, turn-rolls, etc.


• Perform the layout, fit-up and assembly of weldments


• Weld multiple materials utilizing numerous weld processes


• Perform material handling functions using fork trucks, etc.


• Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of machines and work area


• Communicate with co-workers and team leaders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Welder Fabricator.


• Mig, Stick, Tig welding experience.


• Ability to read and understand blueprints, including welding diagrams and symbols


• Ability to use hand tools.


• Incumbents are required to have an understanding of fabrication processes.


• Licensures and Certifications: High school, college or industry courses in welding techniques
