Team Miracle Truss is growing, and we’re hiring dependable, motivated Backer/Welders to join our team. If you have experience in welding, fabrication, or structural steel, and you take pride in quality craftsmanship, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding / Flux-core welding (FCAW) on structural steel components


• Fit and assemble metal fabrication parts to specification


• Assist in backing weld operations and structural assembly


• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols


• Use tape measures, squares, levels, and hand tools accurately


• Follow OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines


• Work in a production / manufacturing environment to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in welding, fabrication, or steel construction preferred


• Familiarity with MIG, FCAW, or stick welding processes


• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings (or willingness to learn)


• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset


• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented


• Welding certification (AWS/CWB) is a plus, but we’ll help you earn it
