Who We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in construction, drilling, or a related field is a plus. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools and equipment are required. CDL Class B with tanker and air brake endorsements required.

Organized & Detailed: Keeps worksites clean and equipment in order, and pays attention to the small details that matter.
Relational: Builds positive interactions with customers and teammates; receptive to feedback and growth.
Active: Able to lift 75 lbs., bend, kneel, and work on your feet in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel within a 100-mile radius to assist with well drilling and geothermal projects
Drive a straight truck to job sites and safely load/unload tools, pipes, and materials
Set up job sites—prepare tools and equipment, and assist with site prep tasks
Perform physical labor: shovel drill chips, manage water runoff, install silt fencing, and handle piping
Assist with geothermal installations, including setting up spools and installing pipes
Maintain clean, organized trucks, tools, and equipment
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE, including waterproof boots and warm clothing
What We Offer Our Well Drillers' Assistant:
$23-$26/hour – DOE
