We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Well Optimization Specialist for our Onshore Resources & Carbon Management, Production Operations organization.

This position will be located in Houston, TX. The Well Optimization Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day surveillance working with the WPS and Closed Loop Operation optimization along with requesting diagnostic work in regard to well performance issues. They will also work with the WPS to help them understand next steps and how to perform some of the analysis work when it comes to diagnostics. If needed they can prepare designs and recommend design changes.

Responsibilities

Gas Lift Optimizer commissioning, optimization and support.

Well surveillance and problem diagnosis.

Well work proposals and designs.

RCFA data collection, meeting coordination and failure classification.

Link to well servicing work and equipment coordination if needed.

Assist with Design reviews.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of industry experience with gas lift design and downhole equipment technologies.

Excellent understanding of all gas lift downhole equipment technical aspects.

Excellent understanding of gas lift downhole designs, specifications, and equipment.

Excellent understanding of gas lift surface operations and optimization techniques.

Problem solving skills with ability to analyze and recommend solutions on problems of high complexity.

Demonstrated ability to drive results in self and others.
