GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is part of the operations team. This position provides support to CHC/SEK’s Wellness program by helping to ensure that appointments are scheduled in an efficient, accurate and timely manner while understanding revenue cycle and insurance and conveying this information in an understandable manner to providers, staff and patients. This position may be the first interaction that patients have with the wellness team and it is imperative that the interactions, attitudes and practices do not create barriers to care.

WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and rarely lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. This position is regularly required to crouch, kneel, and crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Computer work is frequent and regular. Good lighting and comfortable temperature of ventilation at all times.
