This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, assisting residents while supporting community operations.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Support Resident Wellness: Assist residents with daily routines, including meals, appointments, and activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Medication Support: Aid with medication administration (previous Medication Technician experience preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate Activities & Events: Work with the Life Enrichment team to help with programs, outings, and resident events.

  
  


• 
  

  Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, communications, and office organization to keep operations efficient.

  
  


• 
  

  Problem-Solving: Serve as a resource for residents and staff, helping with transportation requests, maintenance coordination, and other needs.

  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  

  At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Medication Technician training or experience (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Compassion, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
