What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations across two wellness centers
  

• Recruit, coach, and develop an engaged team
  

• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring member experience
  

• Collaborate with fitness teams to deliver seamless service
  

• Manage schedules, budgets, and certifications
  

Requirements

You Bring:

• A people-first mindset and strong leadership potential
  

• Great communication and organizational skills
  

• Passion for wellness and community impact
  

• CPR/AED certification (or ability to get it in 30 days)
