Job Description - Wellness Consultant

This is a consultative sales and client relationship-building role inside a fast-growing, affordable luxury wellness environment.

Wellness Consultants:

  • Build personalized Wellness Plans based on client goals
  • Recommend the most effective membership option and service combinations
  • Convert guests into long-term members
  • Drive measurable revenue through service and product sales
  • Deliver standout client experiences
  • Protect our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee

What You’ll Own

  • Achieve daily KPIs (Per Client Average, Member Conversion %, revenue targets)
  • Consult clients on the best membership and service mix for their desired results
  • Promote services, retail products, and upcoming events
  • Build long-term client loyalty and retention
  • Maintain 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards
  • Follow and enforce all UV safety regulations
  • Represent Slick Rock’s core values in every interaction

Compensation & Growth

  • $17.25–$19/hr DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Top performers earn $10,000–$15,000+ annually in commission
  • Clear path to Assistant Manager within 12–18 months
  • Ongoing leadership and sales training

Schedule

  • 6–8 hour shifts
  • 3–5 days per week

  • Must be 18 to Apply

  • 2+ years customer service experience
