Job Description - Wellness Desk Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: 



  • Assists other staff at Richland Pointe, including filling in for shifts as needed.

  • Assists in Retail Sales Promotions.

  • Insures that the reception areas are professional in appearance.

  • Assists members in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.

  • Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all members.

  • Orders supplies (desk and coffee station) for the Wellness Desk.

  • Communicate up-to-date pertinent information to members and guests.

  • Assists in preparation of monthly staff schedules.

  • Operates POS system and fitness class reservation software as needed.

  • Trains staff on the use of point of sale system.

  • Maintains reports as requested by the Manager.

  • Assists in answering the telephone and delivers messages to appropriate staff.

  • Assists in the sale of merchandise and takes special orders.

  • Assists with displaying merchandise.

  • Works collaboratively with all Richland Pointe associates and resources.

  • Assists Richland Pointe Fitness and Spa in daily duties as needed.


Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • True desire to satisfy the needs of all members in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.

  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships with Reynolds Members.

  • Represent the company with integrity and dedication.

  • Ability to interact with all members and guests effectively with tact and diplomacy.

  • Basic mathematical and calculator skills.

  • Strong follow through skills.

  • Computer skills preferable.

  • Must be able to meet members in a friendly, courteous manner.

  • Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to receive within 90 days).

  • Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
