Role Overview: Royal Plaza Assisted Living of Olympus is seeking an extraordinary Wellness Director to lead our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping residents achieve their highest possible quality of life and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. This person should be empathetic, proactive, and possess excellent organizational skills. A nursing license is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical nursing department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Residential Assisted Living Facilities.
• Provide oversight of care plans, resident assessments, and delegation of tasks to unlicensed personnel.
• Foster a positive and empowering environment for both residents and staff.

• A nursing license is not required.
