Wellness Director

Job Description:

• Develop and lead engaging wellness programs that enhance physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.


• Inspire residents through fun fitness classes, wellness challenges, and community events.


• Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center — staffing, safety, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.


• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of wellness throughout the community.


• Bring fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to make wellness meaningful and fun!

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred


• Minimum two years of experience designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience a plus).


• Current CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety certifications.


• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.


• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
