Wellness Director

Wyndham Residence in Arroyo Grande is in search of an LVN or a Medical Assistant to manage our Wellness Department. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individual who will be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our seniors in maintaining and improving their day-to-day abilities, while helping foster independence and confidence throughout their golden years. 

Duties:
- Oversee the overall operations and management of the wellness department
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required

Salary – Exempt 

Pay Rate - $70,000-73,000 depending on experience and if licensed for LVN 

 Minimum Requirements: 

Work effectively with minimal supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead/supervise a group of staff in completing tasks.  

Understands and applies the assisted living rules and regulations and/or is willing/capable to learn. 

Experience in an Assisted Living Community a must  

Current LVN License if applicable
