Registered Nurse – Wellness & IV Therapy

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic Intravenous RN with a dynamic personality, exceptional IV insertion skills,  and a strong interest in overall health, wellness, and recovery. As part of our team, you will administer IV Therapy services, support guests in achieving their wellness goals, and help create an exceptional in-center experience. Our ideal candidate thrives in both team and independent settings, bringing professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and IM injections with precision and care
• Perform vital signs, and IV catheter placement using aseptic technique
• Educate guests on the benefits and safety of services offered
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding compliance standards
• Support daily operations by following all company policies and ensuring high service standards

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nursing License (RN – North Carolina)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
• At least 1 year of experience starting IVs and administering injections (preferred)
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and charting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong time management, multitasking, and judgment skills
• Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office
