Wellness Nurse - Memory Care Community

Do you want to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and promoting resident well-being? Located in Johns Creek, we are a 100% memory care community with a capacity for 44 residents.   We're looking for an enthusiastic leader to design and lead the "clinical care" of our "caring" program.

  • Lead our amazing care team to provide the most compassionate and professional care, meeting all the rules and making sure our residents are thriving.
  
  
  • Keep things in line with the Department of Community Health's regulations, always watching out for our residents' well-being.
  
  
  • Constantly tweak and improve how we care for our residents, from their activities of daily living to medication management.
  
  
  • Build strong bonds with our residents, their families, and the community around us.

We Want You If You Are:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia


• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursing


• Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors


• A communication wiz with top-notch organization and time management skills


• Experienced with supervising and mentoring staff


• A people person with a genuine love for others


• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency


• Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime
