Summary

As a Wellness Sales Consultant at Alive and Well's Functional Medicine Clinics, you will be the first point of contact for all Prospective Patients. You will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of these new leads by providing exceptional customer support over the phone and in person. As a sales consultant, you will spent time understanding the patient's health concerns and guide them toward the right offering within our practice.

This position is crucial in helping our prospective patients navigate the start of their wellness journey effectively.

Responsibilities

• A thorough understanding of Alive and Well's philosophy and offerings.
• Follow through on all new leads - calling, emailing, texting, maintaining a CRM database.
• Reviewing our offerings with Prospective Patients and guiding them to pick the membership that is best of their health journey,
• Scheduling and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Consistent follow up via phone, email, text.
• Provide administrative support, ensuring accurate patient records are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Assist in the intake process by collecting necessary patient information and medical history.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Educate patients about services offered at Alive and Well's Wellness Center, Supplement Store, and Pharmacy, promoting holistic health options.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wellness sales is required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
