Health and Wellness Specialist / Team Member (31hours/week)
Location: iCRYO Wexford – Pine Tree Shoppes, Wexford, PA (Opening this fall)
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday (2:00 PM - 8:30 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Compensation: $25.00/hour + generous commissions & growth opportunities
Hours: Part-time, with potential to transition to full-time employment (includes one unpaid lunch hour per full-day shift)
Estimated Start Date: September 2025

This is your chance to join the launch team of Pennsylvania’s first iCRYO location, bringing cutting-edge wellness and recovery services to Wexford. Located at Pine Tree Shoppes, iCRYO Wexford will transform how people feel, perform, and recover through science-backed wellness services like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, body sculpting, IV therapy, red light therapy, and more.
We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and wellness-savvy team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a passion for holistic health and biohacking.
Position Overview
As a Health and Wellness Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests—welcoming them, educating them on services, and helping them achieve their personal recovery and performance goals. This is a client-facing role that combines hospitality, sales, and wellness expertise.
You’ll work closely with the operations and clinical teams to ensure guests receive a safe, seamless, and elevated experience. From delivering exceptional service to supporting daily center activities, you’ll play a key role in building a strong wellness community.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service: Welcome guests warmly, educate them on services, and guide them through their wellness journey
Sales & Commissions: Drive membership sales and upsell services with integrity, meeting performance goals to earn commissions
Wellness Knowledge & Engagement: Stay updated on recovery modalities, share your passion for holistic health, and engage with guests in-center and online
Team Culture & Operations: Support safety, cleanliness, and efficiency; communicate openly with the team; take ownership of daily responsibilities

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in wellness, fitness, aesthetics, or health-related industries
Background or strong interest in recovery or holistic health
High energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with guests
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong attention to detail and work ethic
Comfortable working the posted schedule (flexibility for holidays/events is a plus)
Completion of training and passing iCRYO service certifications required
Must be available for two weeks of paid training prior to opening
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
