Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated WellSky Professional to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WellSky platforms and a passion for optimizing healthcare operations through technology. This position is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing WellSky applications to improve billing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support WellSky solutions in a healthcare organizations.


• Collaborate with administrative teams to analyze business needs and translate them into WellSky system enhancements or optimizations.


• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application issues, coordinating with WellSky support as needed.


• Maintain and update system documentation, workflows, and user manuals related to WellSky products.


• Stay current with WellSky product updates, best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred, (or equivalent experience).


• 2+ years of direct experience working with WellSky applications (such as WellSky Care Management, Home Health, Hospice, or similar).


• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.


• Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• Quickbooks and excel spreadsheets as they pertain to Wellsky applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system integrations and healthcare.


• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools within WellSky.


• Project management or process improvement certifications.
