Are you a passionate, courtroom-ready attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? We're hiring a Family Law Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic West Virginia team and take full ownership of complex family law cases from start to finish.

Represent and advise clients with professionalism and tailored legal strategy

Develop and execute strategic plans to move cases through key milestones

Conduct initial client meetings and provide substantive legal counsel

Handle legal research, draft complex motions, pleadings, orders, and manage discovery

Delegate to and collaborate with associates and support staff, while ensuring quality and timeliness

Review and approve all legal documents before filing

Prepare clients and cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

Advocate for clients in all legal proceedings

Attend case status meetings and meet all court-ordered deadlines

Maintain accurate, timely billing entries using the firm’s case management system

You are a Licensed Attorneys in West Virginia. You’re a JD Graduate from Accredited Law Schools

You are confident and proficient in the Courtroom, including Trials, Hearings and Mediations

You’re a Professional comfortable with Tech, such as digital case management systems

You would describe yourself as self-motivated, high-performing attorney

You are known as a strong communicator with strong writing, legal drafting as well as strong interpersonal skills

You are Team-Oriented and Collaborative

You are someone who thrives in a challenging and evolving environment with flexible schedules and high expectations.

You’re licensed to practice in West Virginia and currently living elsewhere, but you're looking to move back closer to home
