Job Title: Floater Caregiver (CNA, PCA, or IHA)
Company: Caring Hands Home Health Inc.
Location: 4321 S Elm-Eugene St, Greensboro, NC 27406
Schedule: Flexible – on-call, fill-ins, weekends, and short-notice coverage
Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.00 per hour | Weekly pay

Position Overview:
Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is now hiring dependable and adaptable Floater Caregivers to join our compassionate care team. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in a flexible environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care wherever it's needed.

As a Floater, you will step in to cover open shifts, last-minute callouts, and changes in client needs. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining consistency and quality of care across our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, person-centered care based on each client’s care plan

Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.

Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

Offer medication reminders and provide companionship

Maintain communication with the office and report any changes in client condition

Travel to multiple client homes as needed on short notice

Qualifications:

CNA, PCA, or IHA experience required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must pass a background check

Flexible and available for varied shifts, including weekends and last-minute coverage

No client restrictions – must be comfortable working with male or female clients, pets (cats/dogs), and clients who may smoke

Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable demeanor
