Position: Inside Sales Closer
Location: On-site in Tampa, FL Schedule: Full-time + Some Saturday's Pay:$850 per week + Uncapped Commission+ Monthly Performance Bonuses Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

What You’ll Do
Speak with warm leads who’ve already expressed interest in our services
Clearly communicate how EZ Advocates can help and close the deal
Follow up, build trust, and manage your sales pipeline
Keep records updated in our CRM
Collaborate with a motivated team and hit or exceed your goals
What You Bring
Previous inside sales or phone sales experience
Strong closer with persuasive, people-first communication
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
A positive attitude and team player mentality
Excellent time management, listening, and follow-up skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Major plus if bilingual (english/spanish)
