We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented professional to manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting and inspections to estimates and closing deals. This role combines customer service, technical estimating, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home/business inspections for water, fire, mold, or restoration needs
• Build rapport and clearly explain the restoration process, including insurance steps when applicable
• Prepare accurate estimates using company software/apps including field documentation
• Present services, follow up on leads, deliver quotes, and close projects while meeting targets
• Maintain CRM records, notes, and follow-ups
Requirements
• Proven sales background
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a valid driver’s license

$80,000 - $150,000 a year
