We're opening a brand-new dental office in Las Vegas and are looking for a Team Lead to help launch and grow the practice from day one.

This position is ideal for an experienced dental professional who enjoys leadership, coaching teams, and keeping operations running smoothly. Acting in a role similar to an Office Manager, the Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office while helping create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.

What You'll Do

Lead and support front office and clinical team members
Oversee daily office operations and patient flow
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
Monitor key performance indicators and office goals
Coach, train, and develop team members
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
Support provider scheduling and operational needs
Help manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership to support office growth and performance

What We're Looking For

Previous dental office leadership experience required
Experience as an Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager, Team Lead, or similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and patient scheduling
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Positive attitude with a patient-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a growing, startup-style environment
