A leading global provider in short-range, low-power wireless semiconductor solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business expansion across the Western U.S. The ideal candidate will be based in either the Bay Area or Southern California and possess a strong background in technical sales within the semiconductor space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales activities across the Western Region including the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, Mountain Region, and Southern California.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to secure design wins and manage revenue growth.
Drive and support an established manufacturers' rep network to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain detailed account plans to guide the pursuit of new design activity, track project progress, and align internal resources to support successful outcomes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including applications engineering and product development to advance opportunities through the design cycle.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in semiconductor sales, preferably in wireless or low-power connectivity markets.
Experience working with reps and channel partners to develop new accounts.
Ability to manage complex customer engagements, forecast revenue, and influence design decisions.
Strong communication and planning skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
