• Virtual Benefit Reviews: Schedule and conduct detailed Zoom calls to review clients' benefit options.

• Benefits Enrollment: Guide clients through the process of selecting and enrolling in their benefits.

• Client Reporting: Complete a report card for each client after their benefits review, ensuring accurate documentation.
