From your PASSION to ours:

As a Whey RO Operator, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to work in all aspects of Whey RO including, Whey RO, Titration, Whey Clarified Silos, RO HTST & Chart, Whey RO CIP, Foaming Whey Silos, Foaming Whey Separator CIP Room, Foam Crystallizer Room, Foam Whey RO Area, Sampling, Whey RO, UF Permeate Consumption to reach minimum 60% Solids on Evap, Filter Check on North and South RO Filter Banks, Stocking Chemical Drums for RO, Computer Data Entries, Post Op paperwork, MSS, Filter Checks for CIP, Quality Systems Procedures, Training, Safety Systems Procedures, cross-training, covering breaks and lunch. Additionally, the Whey RO Operator will collaborate with other team members, the team supervisor and department manager to align duties with the company's goals and values.

• Whey RO, Titration, Whey Clarified Silos, RO HTST & Chart, Whey RO CIP, Foaming Whey Silos, Foaming Whey Separator CIP Room, Foam Crystallizer Room, Foam Whey RO Area, Sampling, Whey RO, UF Permeate Consumption to reach minimum 60% Solids on Evap, Filter Check on North and South RO Filter Banks, Stocking Chemical Drums for RO, Computer Data Entries, Post Op paperwork, MSS, Filter Checks for CIP, Quality Systems Procedures, Training, Safety Systems Procedures, cross-training, covering breaks and lunch.
• Crosstrain in evaporator occupation support the team’s cross-training plan.
• Track and maintain quality/ccp documentation, daily and master sanitation of work area.
• Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train and work on projects.
• Assist with Whey RO, downtime, TPM and other production needs, including emergency situation.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate and pass down business information.
• Participate in post-failure analysis activities including root cause determination and corrective action.
• Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.
• Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant’s QRMP document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.
• Comply with all policies and procedures as related to the LHD Management System.
• Complete other assignments as directed.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:  

• Must work in a safe, sanitary and productive manner in accordance to LHD GMP’s. 
• Ability to obtain a Pasteurizer’s License is required.
• School Diploma is preferred.
• 2+ Years of Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Specialized training or licenses relevant to job.
• Good business participation (eg. Shift Hand Off Meeting, Level 1 Meeting, Safety, Process Improvement).

Certifications and specific knowledge

• Ability to obtain a Pasteurizer’s License is required.

Hours: Follows Team Schedule, 12-hour shifts rotating
