Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
2 Year College Degree Preferred
3+ Years of wholesale lending experience
Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional programs; Conventional and government lending guidelines; Federal Regulations governing Real Estate lending
Well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
Experience with Encompass 360/mortgage origination systems
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are a MUST
Exceptional customer service skills, with attention to detail is a MUST
Ability to work well independently, in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire to progress, learn, and begin a long term career with the right company
Position Responsibilities
Account oversight, management, and maintenance
Solicitation of new business, with focus on relationship building, and establishing a client base by interviewing prospective accounts, conducting on-site inspections, and reviewing the necessary information required for account approval
Providing excellent customer service and building trust, while managing client expectations
Tracking and reporting of monthly volume, client attrition, and loan quality
Responsible for remaining up-to-date with regulatory industry standards and requirements
Provide daily and weekly updates to executive management team
