Position Summary:
Collaborate with the Outside Sales Manager to establish and achieve strategic goals for new account acquisition and customer retention. This role involves regular travel throughout the Intermountain West region, typically 2–4 days per week with overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective and existing customers to promote and sell wholesale auto parts.
Facilitate the processing of returns and effectively resolve customer concerns or issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory growth plans.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
Willingness and availability to travel 2–4 days per week with overnight stays.
Previous outside sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required. Equivalent sales or customer service experience may be considered based on qualifications and interview performance.
