Crown Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Parts Administrator to join our high-volume Wholesale Parts office in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a fast-paced, full-time position supporting multiple dealership locations across our group.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Process manufacturer claims

  
  


• 
  

  Fulfill document requests from customers via email

  
  


• 
  

  Review and reconcile work-in-process schedules

  
  


• 
  

  Perform general data entry to support the sales team

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with additional duties as needed in a dynamic, evolving environment

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive industry or dealership experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with 10-key, typing, and basic math

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to stay professional under pressure and shifting workloads
