Wholesale Parts Advisor

Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Village Pointe in Omaha, NE is looking for a Wholesale Parts Advisor  to join the team! As a sales rep, you will work as a member of our sales team to facilitate customer requests and provide them with information about our latest promotions. You will learn about inventory management, develop organizational plans, and strategies to increase sales and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of parts department to include sales, profits, and customer base.
• Working with Technicians, advisors and customers to assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation
• Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed correctly
• Organize parts and participate in modifying displays to reflect the current inventory
• Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation
• Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist employees and customers with a replacement
• Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility

• Familiarity with inventory is preferred but not required
