Wholesale Redwood Fencing Salesperson

We work with contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors to provide a wide range of fencing materials including but not limited to Redwood, Cedar, Pressure treated Lumber, Metal Post, Fence Hardware, and concrete. 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, contractors, and retailers
   
• Identify sales opportunities and generate new business through prospecting and networking
   
• Prepare and present quotes, bids, and product recommendations tailored to client needs
   
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fencing products, pricing, and industry trends
   
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
   
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and onsite client visits as needed
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials or fencing industry
   
• Strong understanding of fencing materials
   
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
   
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
   
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
   
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if territory-based)
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with estimating and blueprint take-offs
   
• Existing book of business or client network in the fencing or construction industry
   
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
