Job Summary
We are seeking a Window and door repair tech to join our team! As a tech, you will be traveling to different job sites, inspecting the area, and installing a variety of different products including, glass, screens, and parts, based on the client's needs, including residential windows and light commercial. You will also be maintaining a safe, clean work environment, taking accurate measurements of the materials, and answering client questions on-site. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Our company was founded in 1954 based in window repairs and we continue that today with the addition of new window and door sales and installation. We have always had in shop screen repair and fabrication and have now added insulated glass production.
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites, observe and measure the designated material, and determine the needs of the client
- Accurately and safely install glass of many types, with strong attention to detail
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the clients to keep them informed of their projects
- Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well independently or within a team
- The ability to lift and carry heavy objects safety

We have no minimum quantity required and frequently do a combination of repairs and replacement to help our customers achieve their desired outcome.
