• Install windows and doors like a pro—from double-hungs to bays, sliders, casements, and custom fits


• Tear out old units and prep the perfect opening like a true craftsman


• Make sure every job is sealed tight, squared up, and built to last


• Wow customers with professionalism, clear communication, and a spotless job site


• Solve problems on the fly and work with teammates who’ve got your back


• Use your tools with skill, safety, and speed


• Leave each home better than you found it—because that’s what pros do

🛠 What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of hands-on window/door installation or carpentry experience


• A passion for craftsmanship and doing things the right way


• Strength and stamina—you can lift 80 lbs., climb ladders, and power through tough jobs


• A valid driver’s license and a solid driving record


• Confidence talking to homeowners and explaining the work


• A positive attitude and serious pride in your work


• High school diploma or GED
