Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all interior and exterior windows throughout the dealerships and collision center.


• Clean office doors, entry doors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.


• Keep showroom glass and other customer-facing glass areas spotless and streak-free.


• Clean glass partitions, display areas, and other glass fixtures as needed.


• Wipe down and clean door glass, door frames, handles, and surrounding areas.


• Regularly inspect the dealership for fingerprints, smudges, dust, water spots, and other marks.


• Maintain consistently clean glass throughout the day—not just during scheduled cleaning times.


• Re-clean high-traffic areas as necessary.


• Use cleaning products, equipment, and tools safely and properly.


• Maintain a clean and organized supply area.


• Notify management when cleaning supplies or equipment need to be replaced.


• Follow dealership safety and cleanliness standards.


• Assist with other general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous window washing, janitorial, commercial cleaning, or detailing experience is preferred but not required.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to work independently and stay on task.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday.


• Ability to safely use ladders or other approved equipment when necessary.


• Available to work full time Monday through Friday.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Must take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment.
