We currently have a need for a

Windows Server Engineer

to establish, evolve, enhance and grow server computing solutions in private cloud environments, with an objective to meet our changing business technology needs, deliver new capabilities faster and enhance our overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. Global Financial Services, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Involved in all aspects of engineering and implementing Windows Server Platform lifecycle, from design, security, automation and scalability in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
In-depth knowledge in Windows OS internals including Group Policies, Windows Defender, Windows Networking stack, OS build engineering and deployment
Experience engineering, managing and supporting environments involving Server platforms (Windows 10 and Server 2019/2022+) and VDI (Citrix, RDS) solutions.
Experience in automation, anomaly detection and predictive analysis
Experience with Windows Systems Management and Patch management Technologies ( MECM, Group Policy and WSUS)
Extensive experience with one or more scripting technologies: PowerShell, VBS, SQL, Windows Batch
Experience with Windows build engineering, particularly experience with MECM, GitLab, Packer, and IaC.
Experience in supporting secure infrastructure solutions involving DMZ Environment
Skills required:

Seven (7) or more years of experience with Enterprise-level experience engineering, maintaining, supporting Microsoft Windows Servers
Experience with Windows 2025 a plus
Team player who is able to work in a fast paced, environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with public cloud environments (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent)
Experience with C#, .NET and or Java Programming
Strong communication skill and able to work with remote counterparts internally and manage external vendors
Familiar with Linux, Middleware, Networks, Storage, Email, Mob
Physical Demands:

Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
