Windows Hardware/Software Endpoint Engineer
In this Role you will:

Work with vendors and hardware suppliers to implement new devices.
Perform functionality and performance tests of new hardware (endpoints and peripherals) and software.
Collaborate with end users to ensure the hardware functions as intended.
Is a key participant in new feature development from an implementation perspective, working closely with leadership and occasionally product and engineering teams.
Acts as an escalation point for hardware and software implementation-related issues.
Provide expert level Tier 3 technical infrastructure support services for issues elevated from other support and technical service organizations.
Provides advanced level technical support for mid-size to large projects.
Provide technical leadership for Windows Endpoint engineering and support.
Responsible for engineering solutions for the most complex desktop and laptop issues.
Following ITIL and endpoint security related industry-standard processes and procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in endpoint devices and support techniques.
Participate in special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.

What it Takes:

Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
5 or more years of experience diagnosing and solving problems in a Windows environment.
Advance knowledge and experience with a wide range of endpoint hardware devices (endpoints and peripherals) and related software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Expert knowledge in Endpoint Hardware and Software
Advanced knowledge of the Windows OS, MECM, Intune, Azure, and endpoint architecture
Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities to increase productivity and maintain high quality deployments.
Experience leading and mentoring staff, technical support organizations.
Experience with production readiness review process.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously.
