Position Title: Expert Developer in Windows/UNIX Custom Network Operations (CNO)
Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll sculpt applications using designated programming languages as directed by Government specifications, ensuring your creations are not only innovative but also adhere to stringent quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph is required.
- Educational Background: A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field is essential.
Technical Proficiency:
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in object-oriented programming languages.
- A minimum of 4 years crafting applications for Windows using Visual Studio or .NET frameworks.
- 4+ years in Unix application development leveraging makefiles or similar build environments.
- Specialized Skills:Proficient in developing sophisticated applications utilizing languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, COM, within a team environment, adhering to configuration management practices.
- Well-versed in Windows and Unix system vulnerabilities, with a keen understanding of exploit mitigations and bypass techniques.
- Adept in both high-level programming languages like Python or Ruby, or willing to learn.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Unix operating system internals, development environments, and low-level network programming.
- Experience with code portability across various Unix operating systems, threading models, and IPC techniques.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with analytical tools such as Wireshark, IDA Pro, or Ghidra.
- Software Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the full software development lifecycle from conception through deployment.
Distinguishing Factors:
- Proven track record in static and dynamic reverse engineering, vulnerability research, binary executable analysis, kernel programming, assembly language expertise, and network protocol analysis would be highly advantageous.
- Certifications like ACTP or similar CNO Developer training would set you apart.
