Cordillera Ranch is seeking a true wine connoisseur to assist our wine program. If you're ready to showcase your talents, palate and impeccable service skills in one of the most exclusive private clubs in Texas, this is your golden opportunity.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • A seasoned wine professional with a proven background in luxury hospitality.
  • A wine enthusiast with an extensive understanding of wine varietals, regions, and pairings.
  • Exceptional knowledge of fine wines, both Old and New World.
  • A charismatic personality with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • A dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences through wine education and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, Microsoft, and InDesign to craft enticing wine lists and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate an exceptional wine selection that complements our upscale dining experience.
  • Educate staff and members about wine offerings, fostering an appreciation for the art of      wine.
  • Collaborate with the teams to create memorable wine and food pairings.
  • Develop wine events and tastings that leave a lasting impression.
  • Craft visually stunning wine menus and promotional materials with Adobe and InDesign.
  • Maintain impeccable wine cellar management and inventory control.
